There is always some degree of vaginal bruising. With vigorous consensual sex or if she is dry, there can be very definite bruising.  Besides degree, the difference between consensual and forced sex is where the bruising is.

Bruising at 12o'clock would be expected with forced sex, minor bruising at 6o'clock.

(You'll also see more bruising at 12o'clock in consensual sex if he "rides high")

If you think about anatomy, you can imagine that if it consensual, she is likely to tip her vagina up. In rape, she is more likely to be pushing her bottom downward so the bruising will be worse at 12o'clock.

Think back to times when you've been sore after consensual but rowdy sex - its probably been more sore at 6o'clock.
